CBX owns the rights to manage Formula One FanZone and to broadcast the Race live in the FanZone area. CBX asked Yakazur to set up the Formula One FanZone during Monaco’s Formula One Grand Prix and to create the brand’s technical guidelines so that the event could be replicated in other countries.
We had to create the event from scratch, help CBX raise sponsors, and deal with with the authorities. Logistics were particularly important because Yakazur had Ron Howard fly in from L.A. to promote his movie, “Rush” in the FanZone and do a 1 hour Q&A.
The event was successful from the very 1st day. We welcomed more than 15,000 guests every day the FanZone was open. Yakazur worked with CBX to reproduce the event in Venezuela, United States, Italy, Kuwait, Australia, Bahrain, and United Emirates.
