Global Citizen Forum decided to plan their annual forums in the Principality of Monaco. They needed an agency to handle every aspect of their events - not only the logistics, but the creative aspects as well.
Challenge
Organize highly impactful political events for a non-profit organization that is represented by public figures Kofi Annan (UNO president) , Mr Barroso (European Commission president), and Mme Bokova (UNESCO president). We were commissioned to create 3 gala events in 3 separate venues, 20+ conferences, with 500+ guest so that the organization could deliver political speeches and raise funds.
Outcome
Global Citizen team and Kofi Annan were particularly moved and impressed by our ability to handle such a large project, stay within the monetary budget, respect the brand guidelines and security measures, and provide an outstanding level of entertainment for the guests.
