Client was looking to hold a hospitality event for the UHNW clients on the French Riviera.
Challenge
Deliver a perfect event while working under logistically difficult conditions: access point was by the sea, deliveries could only happen during specific times and through a narrow doorway by passing over a yacht gangway, uneasy weather conditions, limited power capacity, etc.
Everything required extreme precision; teams and suppliers needed to be perfectly organized.
Outcome
Organizing an event on a yacht during the Formula One event required extensive experience and expertise. Regardless of the challenging conditions, we manage to keep the event running smoothly from beginning to end since 2013.
